This Zend Framework module download allows you to generate a DbTable-, Model,- and Mapper class for any table in your database. It uses the table info to generate the code with the use of the default adapter.

I do have knowledge of Zend_CodeGenerator, I just needed to get going, therefore this solution isn't the prettiest but it works!
